New signage to give tourism a boost in Carlow

Ireland’s Ancient East signage is being put at Altamont Gardens and Duckett’s Grove.

New signs are going up around Carlow to try and give tourism a boost in the county.

The Ireland’s Ancient East signage is being put at Altamont Gardens and Duckett’s Grove by Failte Ireland over the coming months.

They’re going up at eighty sites across the region and are designed to encourage visitors to stay longer and explore the wider region.
