Homeless man in Kilkenny taunted by youths

The footage was recorded on Kieran Street in the city only yesterday evening.

A disturbing video has emerged on social media of a group of young people taunting a homeless man in Kilkenny.

The footage was recorded on Kieran Street in the city only yesterday evening and has been viewed over 70 thousand times.

It shows up to 5 youths making fun of and throwing items at the man who is clearly distressed.

Its understood the man is mute and has been sleeping rough in the city.
