Former teammates pay tribute to Henry Shefflins career at autobiography launch

Former Kilkenny hurlers and teammates of Henry Shefflin have been paying tribute to the King after he launched his first book last night.

The self titled autobiography was officially unveiled to the public last night at a ceremony in Cillin Hill in Kilkenny.

Henrys former teammate JJ  Delaney says the level that Henry trained and played at brought everyones elses game up…..

Tommy Walsh says that if you could mark Henry you knew you were doing well….

Theres no rest for Henry and the hurlers though this weekend as its straight back into championship action tomorrow.

In the Senior Championship 1st round replay, Danesfort and Dicksboro go head to head at the Kells Road Venue at 2 while Clara and Erins Own clash in the quarter final in Freshford at 4.30.

Theres two Intermediate quarter finals.

Young Irelands take on St Patricks at 2 tomorrow in St Johns Park while Bennettsbridge take on Tullogher Rosbercon in Ballyhale at 4.30.
