Dublin candidate’s election posters spotted around Kilkenny

Joanna Tuffy’s posters have popped up near the home-area of party-colleague Ann Phelan

A local TD says she doesn’t know whether it was a prank or a mistake that posters of a Dublin party-colleague were put up in Kilkenny.

Ann Phelan has had to clarify today that she is the only Labour candidate running in this constituency after posters of Joanna Tuffy were spotted at Brownsbarn Bridge and other areas around Kilkenny.

Speaking to KCLR the Minister of State for Rural Affairs says she’s looking into how it managed to happen.
