A Carlow Councillor is demanding that HSE representatives appear before the council to answer questions about respite.
John Cassin says there should never have been any delay in providing overnight respite services for Carlow and Kilkenny children.

Speaking to KCLR News, Councillor Cassin says someone needs to answer their questions.
