It’s the first year the “Mile in Memory” has been held

An event is taking place in Dublin’s Phoenix Park today to remember children who died suddenly or unexpectedly.

It’s the first year the “Mile in Memory” has been held with the suddenly bereaved families and parents of young children who have passed away encouraged to attend.

The event is being organised by First Light, who’s CEO Fionnuala Sheehan says today’s event is about remembering children who have passed away.
