Carlow and Kilkenny tourist attractions invited to apply for Ireland’s Ancient East grant

They’re granting money to existing attractions to help them build on their storytelling capabilities

Tourist attractions across Carlow and Kilkenny are being invited to apply for a cut of a one million euro fund that’s been announced by Ireland’s Ancient East.

They’re granting money to existing attractions to help them build on their storytelling capabilities for visitors.

It’s all in line with their recently-launched ‘Toolkit for Storytelling Interpretation’.

Programme Manager with Ireland’s Ancient East, Ruairí Deane told KCLR News any of our local tourist attractions can put in an application.
