A Carlow woman who sued her husband over the deaths of their sons says no amount of money would be an appropriate award in her case.
Kathleen Chada from Ballinkillen in Bagenalstown obtained a High Court judgement of more than seventy seven and a half thousand euro yesterday.
45 year old Sanjeev Chada, whose address is at Arbour Hill prison in Dublin, was jailed for life in October 2014 for the murders of the boys Eoghan and Ruairí, who were 10 and 5 when they died.
The court was told Mr Chada was not contesting the judgement application.
Kathleen Chada says she doesn’t expect to get any of the money, and that’s not what the proceedings were about.
