Aware returns to Kilkenny with a new support group meeting starting on Wednesday 8th March.
The group will meet each week from 7.30pm in 5 Patrick’s Court, Patrick’s Street (behind Zuni restaurant), Kilkenny.
The group is free and no referral or booking is necessary.
If you experience depression or bipolar disorder, Aware support groups can be a huge help.
Every week people get in touch to say the groups have changed their lives. And in some cases, the groups save lives.
