Fit4Life Kilkenny (part of Kilkenny City Harriers athletic club) has a number of vacancies for new members.
Members are helped by club leaders to improve their level of fitness.
Training takes place on the athletic track on Mondays and Thursdays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm both days.
Those wishing to get involved can register with club officials at 6.15 on Mondays and Thursdays during September on a first come first served basis.
