What is Wild & Slow?
From their own website, Wild & Slow is “a unique festival that celebrates everything that is good about Irish food: fresh, local, traditional and wild. It’s a yearlong event culminating in November 2016, when the eyes of the nation will be on Wicklow as Ireland’s 6th Wild Food Harvest Festival will once again take place in BrookLodge & Macreddin Village, County Wicklow.”
