The Glanbia Farm Show broadcasts on KCLR every Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. with the programme repeated on Sunday mornings at 6:00 a.m. It is an agriculture based programme, focusing on current farming events, the people involved in farming, the agri-sector and rural issues affecting the people of Carlow and Kilkenny.

On tonight’s programme we had our first look forward to the Ploughing Championships and in particular the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Arena. We heard from James Moloney who told us about what to expect and the likely type of innovation and technology projects and demonstrations. This has proven to be a very popular part of the event.
