The ISPCA has confirmed to KCLR that it did inspect a premises in Carlow in recent days.
Its after concerns were raised in relation to the premises which is understood to be a licensed dog breeding facility in rural Carlow.
Chief Inspector with the ISPCA Conor Dowling says there was a ‘multi-agency’ visit on Monday on foot of a complaint.
The ISPCA are working to address any issues there.
