The deadline for you to have your say on the government’s plan for the next 20 years has been extended.
This Thursday was supposed to be the closing date for submissions on the National Planning Framework but that’s now been put back to the 31st of March.
Kilkenny County Council say they are planning on making a submission to the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government in connection with this plan and is urging everyone else to do the same.
The whole issue of Waterford’s boundary being extended into South Kilkenny is expected to be addressed as part of this Ireland 2040 plan in the next number of months.
Submissions can be made via email to [email protected] or online at www.Ireland2040.ie.
