A Kilkenny former pilot is on the last stretch of his 3,500 kilometre cycle around Ireland today.
Pat Nolan, who’s in his 70s, left the city on the 17th of April to undertake the Coastal Cycle Challenge.
It’s all for a good cause as he and his supporters are raising money to create a college bursary that can be given to a talented local who might not be able to afford third level.
He’s expected to arrive at Kilkenny Castle at 5 o’clock this evening.
