Something needs to be done to stamp out crime in Killeshin, according to concerned locals.
A group have organised a mass-public meeting on the issue for 8 o’clock Tuesday evening.
They say there’s been a marked increase in crime, including house, farm and even graveyard robberies.
The meeting will be attended by Chief Superintendent John Scanlon.
Speaking to KCLR News today, Chairman of the local Community Alert, Laurence Phelan says there have been numerous incidents over the past number of weeks.
