Mount Wolseley hotel in Tullow has been sold again.
The hotel, spa and golf resort went on the market again in recent months with a guide price of €14 million.
It was sold on the instructions of Tetrarch Capital and bought by Davy Real Estate on behalf of an investor from Austria who recently acquired the Farnham Estate in Cavan.
Tetrarch had bought the local resort back in 2014 after it entered examinership with multi-million euro debts.
It returned to profit in 2015 and 2016.
