Late of 203 Pollerton Road, Carlow

He died on September 13th at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny

A committal service will take place in Newlands Cross Crematorium on Thursday at 3pm, maximum 40 people allowed

Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Alzheimer Society. House private please.
