Philip Ireland Tyres Cillin Hill Kilkenny are seeking a mobile Tyre Fitter for an immediate start.

Candidates must be over 21 with a full clean driving licence with fluent English and will be required for 24 hour call out service. Salary depending on experience. This is a full-time, contract, permanent position.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for attending vehicles on the roadside as and when needed
  • Be able to carry out Tyre replacement
  • General day-to-day repair work
  • Assist the garage with tyre repairs
  • File appropriate documentation on each repair

Person Specification

  • Tyre fitting experiencerequired but not essential as training provided
  • Over 21
  • Valid Full Irish clean driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment required to conduct all repairs
  • Ability to operate tools required
  • Work on own initiative
