The Mount Wolseley Hotel in Tullow has gone into examinership.
In a statement to KCLR News, they say the applied for an examiner to be appointed in the High Court.
Ian Lawlor from JPA Brenson Lawlor has been appointed to the job and will work on a scheme to deal with the resorts liabilities.
Managing director Don Morrissey says they’re confident the company can emerge from the re-structuring phase.
175 people are employed at the Hotel, Golf and country club.
