There’s a renewed appeal for information on a Polish man missing from his home in Carlow.
30 year old Rafal Filipowicz was last seen close to the Midland Regional hospital in Portlaoise on the morning of Friday 16th March.
He’s described as 5ft 11” in height with brown hair. He has a large tattoo on his right forearm and a scar across his forehead. When last seen he was wearing a red polo style t-shirt and grey tracksuit bottoms.
Rafal was reported missing on Wednesday, March 21. However, Gardai have now established that he has not been seen since leaving the hospital on the morning of March 16th. He left, on foot, in the direction of the Applegreen Filling Station on the Dublin road in Portlaoise.
They’re appealing in particular to anyone who travels that route on a daily basis and to people who may have dashcam footage and who travelled that route on that date.
