Permission granted for more new homes to be built in Kilkenny

The green light has been given for 23 new houses to be built in Kilkenny.

Hunter Brown Limited applied for permission from the council last summer to build the homes in New Orchard.

They’ll consist of 12 semi-detached three bedroom houses, and 11 terraced three bed.

Meanwhile, permission’s also been granted for a new holiday and glamping park in Stoneyford.

There’ll be 10 caravan bays, four glamping pods, and an existing storage building will be transformed into a guest and community facility.

It’ll have a kitchen, wash facilities, a lounge, storage and a reception area.
