Volunteers needed to help clean-up Kilkenny approach roads

Keep Kilkenny Beautiful is looking for volunteers to join them in a clean-up this Saturday morning.

They are focusing on the Circular Road and the Kilcreene Road where illegal dumping has become a bit of an issue

They’re asking anyone who has a bit of time to spare from 10 o’clock to meet them at Robertshill with your wellies on.

Margaret Walsh from the group says it’s not a nice job but it has to be done.
