Guide Dog Phoebe Opens All Our Eyes to Navigating the Streets of Carlow

The month of May is all about raising awareness of the brilliant work of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind. Nicky Kealy and his guide dog Phoebe teamed up with IT Carlow students Shannon Redmond, Kieran Joyce and David Barnes to highlight awareness about the working role of guide dogs.
