Blas Glas – Carlow Studio Session : Gwenan Gibbard (7/4/2013)

It was a pleasure to (finally) meet Gwenan Gibbard at the 2013 PanCeltic Festival in Carlow. She is both a fine harper and singer and I took the opportunity to record some of her music on her recent visit.

She played and sang a traditional Welsh love song (“Tra bo dau”) and then played a set of tunes (”
Heulwen Haf / Dafydd Ifan Tomos / Ymdaith yr Yswain”)
