A 16-year-old girl has drowned in County Waterford.
Emergency services were alerted to the discovery of a body in the water at Bunmahon Beach yesterday evening.

Her remains were recovered by the Coast Guard shortly after 6 o’clock, and removed to University Hospital Waterford.
