Tipperary to say goodbye to Nicole Murphy at her funeral mass this afternoon

The community of Kilcash in Tipperary will this afternoon say goodbye to Nicole Murphy.

Known as Nikki, she is the first of the four victims of the Clonmel crash last Friday to be laid to rest.

Nikki died alongside Grace McSweeney, Grace’s brother Luke, and Zoey Coffey while on their way to celebrate their Leaving Cert results.

Her removal to Saint John the Baptist Church is this morning, before the funeral Mass on arrival at 12:00 noon.

Father Brian Power, Parish Priest of Kilsheelan/Kilcash, will be the main celebrant.

Large crowds are expected to pay their respects to Nikki who has been described as a gentle and warm person.
