2nd year Bio Science student Evelyn Cooper is launching a cookbook in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland. It is a book of best loved recipes from family, friends, staff and students at SETU Carlow.
Evelyn’s idea came about in early November while discussing the impact breast cancer has had on a close family member.
