Kilkenny Pub to be converted into apartments

Moves are underway to transform a county Kilkenny pub into homes.

Planning permission’s been sought from the Council for a change of use at Mickey’s Bar in Callan to three apartments.

The Upper Bridge Street premises has been closed for some time.

The local authority’s sought further information from the applicant.
