Gardaí appeal for information on missing Laois teenager

Gardaí are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a teenager missing from Co Laois.

17-year-old Lorcan Meehan hasn’t been seen since about 11:40am yesterday (Tuesday, 13th Aug) in Portlaoise.

He’s described as being 5’1 with a slim build. He has blonde hair and blue eyes – it’s is understood he’s wearing grey jogger pants and a black jacket and is carrying a black backpack with him.

Lorcan may have travelled to the Park West area of Dublin.

Gardaí and Lorcan’s family are concerned for his wellbeing and anybody who has seen him is asked to contact Portlaoise Garda Station on 057 867 4100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
