Young Kilkenny singer Enya Cox Dempsey in top ten Junior Eurovision battle

A young Kilkenny singer will find out this weekend if her Junior Eurovision journey will continue.

14-year-old Roisin Cox Dempsey from Castlecomer made it to the top ten of the contest – the live auditions screened on TG4 last Sunday.

This weekend, two of the contenders will be eliminated and our local rising star’s hoping whether she stays or goes it’ll take her a step closer to where she ultimately wants to be.

She’s certainly well on her way with a number of high profile performances to her name, including on the Late Late Toy Show.
