Kilkenny part of Revenue seizure of over €300,000 in contraband during recent operations.

Over 300 thousand euro worth of contraband has been seized in Revenue operations in Kilkenny, Dublin, Sligo, Rosslare Europort and the midlands over the past week.

Officers discovered 8.1 kilos of herbal cannabis, illicit tablets and tobacco products worth nearly 40 thousand euro.

283 counterfeit items were also seized, along with pepper spray and a machete.
