Major traffic disruption on Kilkenny ring road after truck loses trailer

There is major traffic disruption in Kilkenny this afternoon.

Gardaí are currently at the scene of an incident on the Johns Well side of the Ring Road.

A truck has lost its trailer which is causing major hold ups from Ossory Bridge to the Hebron Road Roundabout.

Traffic is bumper to bumper and it’s expected to be very busy in the area for the next while so the advice is to find an alternative route if possible. KCLR news understands no one was injured.
