Carlow councillor Fintan Phelan hits out at holdups on Kilkenny Road

Something isn’t working there in relation to the traffic management system.

So says Cllr Fintan Phelan of the works on Kilkenny ROad in Carlow which he told last evening’s muncipal district meeting are leading to ‘unprecedented delays’ for motorists on the stretch.
