A Carlow Councillor says he’s mystified at the sight of uncut hedges in the county ahead of the 28th of February deadline.
Local authorities are continuing to remind landowners and occupiers adjacent to public roads that trees and hedges on their property must not obstruct or interfere with the safe use of public roads.
Fine Gael’s Fergal Browne told KCLR News that he was surprised to see so many uncut hedgerows in Carlow as the deadline approaches;
