Carlow Kilkenny TD Catherine Callaghan says ‘the time for talk is over’ re south Kilkenny route upgrade

A local TD has raised concerns in the Dáil about the N25 in South Kilkenny, warning it is five times more dangerous than other roads in Ireland.

Catherine Callaghan told the house that the stretch has been the site of numerous serious accidents over the years, prompting calls for urgent safety measures.

She says the time for talk is over, now is the time to act.
