A motorist found himself arrested after giving Gardaí in Kilkenny a ‘false name’.
The local Roads Policing Unit was drawn to a vehicle which appeared to have no insurance.

During the ensuing chat with its driver the law enforcers also noted no NCT present.
He was arrested and is expected to appear before Kilkenny District Court.
