Carlow Councillor John Pender says there continues to be mixed feelings around the speed limit reduction on a key local route

Mixed feelings are persisting when it comes to the reduced speed limit on the N80 according to Carlow Councillor John Pender.

It was dropped from 100 kilometres per hour to 80 last December and the issue remains a lively topic at local authority meetings.
