Bagenalstown Swimming Club Issues Warning After Ring Buoy Was Removed From The Boat Slip

Bagenalstown Swimming Club has issued a safety warning after a ring buoy at the local boat slip was removed.

The device has ended up lodged in the weir opposite Aldi.

The club stressed that life-saving equipment must remain accessible at all times, as any delay could have serious consequences.

In the meantime, the swimming pool has provided one of its own ring buoys as a temporary replacement.

People are urged to report any missing or tampered with life-saving equipment.
