The deportation of a Kilkenny man from the US has been delayed again.
Glenmore native Seamus Culleton had been living in Boston for approx 17 years when he was detained by ICE agents last year – it’s alleged he overstayed a tourism visa.
A temporary stay postponing the deportment of the 38-year-old was granted on the 13th of February for ten business days but another postponement has now been granted by a US court, pending the resolution of his petition for review, according to the Irish Independent.
