The price at the pumps for petrol and diesel will come down from midnight in Carlow, Kilkenny and across the country.

Now, Cabinet meets this morning to sign off on a plan to cut the cost by 17 cent a litre for petrol and 22 cent for diesel until May.
It’s to address the price hikes for energy since the conflict in the Middle East.
Measures will also be outlined later for hauliers and bus companies, while there will be a relief announced for people on the fuel allowance.
Minister Neale Richmond says the government here is doing more than most other EU countries.
