A Carlow Kilkenny TD says the manner in which Bus Éireann announced a withdrawal of a number of regional Expressway services was very unfair to the customers that use it.
The company announced it’s ending its Waterford to Dublin, Rosslare/Wexford to Waterford, and Ballina to Galway routes due to “significant losses being incurred on these services”.
It means those between Mullinavat and Gowran will lose a link to Dublin or Waterford while Carlow will lose out on an option for getting to Dublin Airport.
