Carlow Mayor Paul Doogue is leading the charge to make the county the most Dementia friendly in Ireland.

He with Tara Rice, community engagement officer of the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland, will be visiting businesses in Carlow town from 10o’clock this morning.
