Gardaí investigating the sale and supply of controlled drugs have seized a quantity of suspected cocaine in Callan.
The Kilkenny Divisional Drugs Unit searched a residence in the town on Tuesday under Operation Tara as part of ongoing investigations.

The suspected drugs have been sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis, and investigations are continuing.
