Callan café still waiting for electricity to be restored three weeks after it was disconnected

A new café in Callan has been without electricity for more than three weeks, after its supply was disconnected on September 1st.

Cupán Café owner Alice Sessarini says all the necessary paperwork and payment for reconnection have been completed, but the power has yet to be restored.

She told The KCLR Daily the business has been forced to use a generator to keep trading.
