Man arrested by Gardai investigating car theft at Tinryland in March

Gardai in Carlow have arrested a man in connection with the theft of a car and break-ins to other vehicles at Tinryland GAA club back in March.

Detectives from Carlow obtained a warrant to arrest the man in his mid 20’s from a Dublin prison this morning.

He’s from the Dublin area and is being held in Carlow Garda station for questioning.

A white BMW was stolen from the GAA grounds in Tinryland as a team trained there on Wednesday March 26th. A number of cars were broken into on the same night with mobile phones and wallets stolen.
