Manchester City have been crowned Premier League Champions.

They beat West Ham 2-nil at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon to seal their second title in three seasons.

Samir Nasri and Vincent Kompany scored the all-important goals for City.

Liverpool started the day with a chance of finishing top, but City’s win means their 24 year wait to win the league continues.

They beat 9 man Newcastle 2-1 this afternoon.

A Martin Skrtel own goal had given Newcastle the lead, but Daniel Agger and Daniel Sturridge scored to give Liverpool the three points, which ensured they finished second in the table.

Elsewhere, Tottenham claimed a Europa League spot, with a 3-nil win over Aston Villa at White Hart Lane.

Goals from Paulinho, a Nathan Baker OG and a penalty from Emmanuel Adebayor sealed the win.

It means Man United will be without European football next season, as they drew 1-all with Southampton.

Rickie Lambert put the home side ahead, with Juan Mata equalising.

Chelsea beat already-relegated Cardiff 2-1 in Wales.

Craig Bellamy gave the home side the lead, but Andre Schurrle Fernando Torres have given Chelsea the win.

James McCarthy and Romelu Lukaku gave Everton a 2-nil win away to FA Cup finalists Hull.

At the other end of the table, Norwich have been relegated.

They lost 2-nil to Arsenal at Carrow Road, with Aaron Ramsey and Carl Jenkinson on the mark.

West Brom stay up despite a 2-1 defeat to Stoke.

A Gareth McAuley O.G and Charlie Adam gave Stoke the win.

Fulham were also already down before today as they drew 2-all with Crystal Palace at Craven Cottage.

A Dwight Gayle brace had given Palace the lead, but Chris David equalised after Cauley Woodrow had earlier scored for Fulham.

Sunderland lost to Swansea 3-1 at home, through strikes from Nathan Dyer, Marvin Emnes and Wilfried Bony for Swansea.

Fabio Borini got one back for Sunderland.
