A 27 year old man charged with the murder of Mairead Moran in Kilkenny on Thursday evening last week was due to appear in court yesterday but couldn’t due to illness.
Shane Smyth, Flat 3, McGuinness House, Evans Lane, Kilkenny, was to appear at Cloverhill District Court yesterday but its been pushed back to Friday, May 30th.

He’s been remanded in custody again.
