The Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee has denied claims of bias against Angela Kerins.
His comments come after the former Rehab executive claimed that she was being personally targetted by the Oireachtas commitee.
The PAC’s has requested a Compellability order to force the former CEO and Frank Flannery to appear before the committee.
John McGuinness has reiterated that the job of the committe is to account for all public funds.
Speaking to KCLR news the local Fianna Fail TD said that ensuring accountability, governance and compliance is the objective.
