Cat Laughs festival kicks off with 20th anniversary celebrations

The Sky Cat Laughs Comedy Festival opens tonight with a big celebration for their 20th anniversary.

Some of the biggest names in International and Irish comedy will be in the city for the world renowned festival which runs until Bank holiday Monday.

Tonight there’s a sold out 20th birthday party event at Cillin Hill with the likes of Dara O’ Briain, Tommy Tiernan, Ardal O’ Hanlon and Neil Delamere amongst a number of comedians on stage.

There’s a packed programme then from tomorrow onwards.
